My family uses Apple Family Sharing. Can other family members download the app for free if I've already purchased it?

According to Apple, the answer depends on whether you purchased the app directly from the App Store or via in-app purchase. If you purchased it directly from the App Store, it is available to all members of your family group free of charge. If you purchased it using in-app purchase, it must be purchased again to share wth your family group.
