I can't pair my device. What can I do?

If you're having trouble pairing your device, try removing any previous pairing on your iPhone and Mac by doing the following:
- On your iPhone, open the Bluetooth settings, find the Mac, tap the info icon, and then "Remove this device".
- On your Mac, open the CallConector menu, select pair to open the list of devices. However over the iPhone to see the remove button and click the button to remove the device from the list.
Now pair your iPhone by opening its Bluetooth settings and keeping them open (if the settings aren't open, your Mac won't see it as discoverable). Click the "Connect" button next to the name of the iPhone to pair the device, following any additional instructions that appear.
