If you're getting this error when switching from your Mac address book to your device address book, it's because your device is denying the connection. This is likely a bug with your device Bluetooth and not an issue with Call Connector. The only thing we can suggest is to completely remove/unpair your device, clear any caches, restart your devices and repair to see if that resolves the issue.
