I'm not happy with the Shakespeare Pro app and want a refund. How do I get one?

App developers don't have the ability to give refunds. Apple doesn't provide any information about who purchased the app—not even your Apple ID or email. So we have no way to give you a refund, nor can we verify your purchase (purchases can only be verified and/or restored within the app itself).
Apple's policy is all sales are final and there are no refunds, but you might be able to convince them otherwise.
