I lost my upgrade to the Shakespeare Pro version. How can I get it back?

If you've lost or deleted or your upgraded Pro app, you can get it back by doing one of the following:
- If you purchased the upgrade using the in-app upgrade, reinstall the free version and use the Restore Purchase button in the settings to restore your Pro version. Your credit card will not be charged.
- If you purchased the Pro version directly via the Apple App Store, you should check the previous purchases section of the app store and either re-download the app there one from the Shakespeare Pro page. Your credit card will not be charged.
WARNING: DO NOT USE A DIFFERENT UPGRADE METHOD THAN YOU ORIGINALLY USED. You also must use the same Apple ID. This is the way Apple's upgrade/purchasing system works and you have to use the same method or Apple will charge your credit card a second time. Apple's policy is all sales are final and there are no refunds (but you might be able to convince them otherwise).
