A little Shakespeare icon appeared at the bottom of my screen with a "Good Morning" message. What's that all about?

This is a new feature in iOS that suggests to you apps that might commonly use. The Shakespeare app has no control over this. To change the settings, go to:
Settings > General > Handoff & Suggested Apps > Suggested
You can also remove the Siri App Suggestions widget altogether from your home screen.
